Name of the project: Magic of East – Increasing competitiveness of the Cluster Magic of East
Project objective: To support the Cluster Magic of East and its 16 members to improve their competitiveness and attractiveness of the whole touristic destination
Specific objective is to enhance synergies between local tourism providers gathered in touristic cluster “Magic of East” to create and promote new tourist offer and touristic products and support their internationalisation.
Project activities:
- Producing Digital Promotional Sets - individual digital promotional material for 16 members, in 4 languages (SRB, ENG, RO and BG).
- Implement On-line campaign on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube );
- Producing joint digital presentation for Cluster (to include all 16 cluster members) in 4 languages (SRB, ENG, SRO and BG):
- Developing 5 tourist products – routes in 4 languages (SRB, ENG, RO and BG), which will present the members of the cluster and the main attractions in the region.
- Preparing joint offers for travel agencies and send to a minimum of 400 travel agencies (300 in Serbia and 100 TAs in Bulgaria and Romania);
- Organising the Study and promotional trip: presentation of the tourist offers of cluster members in Romania and Bulgaria fallowed with B2B meetings and study visits.
- Technical support to cluster members. All 16 cluster members will receive technical assistance and Promotional plans or Tourist Offer Catalogue
- Organising Workshop – How to improve cooperation between the public and private sectors in tourism.
Project results:
- Improved competitiveness of cluster members and attractiveness of the touristic destination through improving existing tourist offer and developing new tourist products.
- Improved visibility of cluster members and touristic destination through creating and implementing on-line promotional campaign.
- Supported internalisation of cluster members and tourist destination through organising presentations and B2B meetings and distribution of promotional material in Romania and Bulgaria
